The application does not require any type of registration with Dd3veloper, but it does require the user to maintain an Apple App Store (iOS) account and/or a Google Play Store (Android) account to download the application(s).

Additionally, the application can automatically collect other types of information, such as: type of mobile device, country of the user, IP address, the operating system of the mobile device and information on how the application is used.

Does the application obtain accurate and real-time information from the device?

The application does not collect precise and real-time information on the location of the device at any time.

Can third parties obtain access to the information obtained by the application?

Yes. We may share the information provided by the user or that obtained automatically in the following cases:

When required by law. When we believe it is necessary to protect our rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or in response to a government request. With vendors who work on our behalf and who have agreed to abide by the rules set forth in this privacy policy.
